Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the telesales team including lead tracking and pipeline management
- Manage contract lifecycle from drafting to renewal, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Optimize administrative workflows to enhance cross-team efficiency and reduce processing time
- Prepare sales reports, performance analytics, and documentation for leadership review
- Coordinate between sales, finance, and legal departments for seamless contract execution
- Maintain customer databases and CRM systems with accurate, up-to-date information
- Support sales initiatives through administrative planning for campaigns and events
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales administration or support role
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
