Tanggung Jawab
- Support daily sales operations and administrative functions
- Accurately enter and maintain sales data in the company database
- Process and manage invoicing for sales transactions
- Coordinate between sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare sales reports and documentation as required
- Assist in tracking sales performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement
- Manage customer inquiries and provide necessary information

Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification in business administration or related field
- Previous experience in sales administration or similar role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management
