Tanggung Jawab
- Process and validate sales orders with 100% accuracy within SLA requirements
- Maintain real-time sales databases using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)
- Coordinate between sales team and fulfillment departments to ensure timely order execution
- Generate weekly/monthly sales performance reports and inventory forecasts
- Manage customer documentation including contracts, invoices, and shipping manifests
- Support sales team through lead qualification tracking and meeting scheduling
- Implement process improvements to reduce order processing time by 15%+
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in sales administration or order management role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and CRM systems
- Strong bilingual communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English)
- Proven experience with order-to-cash cycles and inventory reconciliation
- Detail-oriented with error rate <0.5% in data entry tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple sales channels (online/offline)
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
