Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
  • Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, providing professional and timely support.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales representatives to maximize productivity.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients by ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in sales administration or customer support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is highly preferred.
