Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate sales databases and customer relationship records
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and performance analytics for management review
- Coordinate sales team schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Process sales orders, contracts, and documentation with precision
- Liaise between sales, production, and logistics departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve administrative issues promptly
- Assist in developing sales collateral and presentation materials
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales administration or customer support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
