Tanggung Jawab
- Manage sales documentation, contracts, and customer records
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure smooth order processing
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and performance metrics
- Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse operations
- Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations
- Maintain CRM system data accuracy and integrity
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years in sales administration or related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy standards
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Prior experience in manufacturing industry preferred
