Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries proficiently and promptly, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Prepare and process accurate quotations for PPE and general hardware items
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks to support sales objectives
- Process sales orders and coordinate with warehouse for timely fulfillment
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs for key products
- Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in sales administration or customer service role
- Strong knowledge of PPE and general hardware products is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
