Tanggung Jawab
- Input sales orders (SO) accurately into the system with timely processing
- Prepare and maintain daily sales reports using Microsoft Excel
- Verify data integrity and resolve discrepancies in sales documentation
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Manage customer databases and update sales records regularly
- Coordinate with other departments for cross-functional support
- Generate monthly sales summaries and performance analytics
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales administration or data entry
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data handling
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
