In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to our Regional Sales Manager and Sales Executive, contributing to the success of our premium hotel client partnerships.
As a Sales Administrator, you will be the backbone of our Boracay operations, managing the day-to-day administrative functions that keep our showroom running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include drafting comprehensive quotes for our valued hotel clients, processing orders with precision, and coordinating all island logistics to ensure seamless service delivery.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Executive
- Manage and maintain daily showroom operations in Boracay
- Draft, prepare, and present detailed quotes for premium hotel clients
- Coordinate logistics and transportation services within the island
- Process orders, invoices, and related documentation accurately
- Maintain organized records of sales activities and client interactions
- Liaise directly with hotel partners to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Assist in inventory management and stock control procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in sales administration or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational and exceptional time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Capable of working both collaboratively in a team and independently
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Willingness to be based in Boracay (Malay, Aklan) and adapt to island living
