MCi Career Services is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our expanding operations in the East Region. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of sales processes and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks ranging from order processing to client communication. You will act as the primary point of contact between our sales representatives and our valued clients, ensuring that all administrative requirements are met with precision and efficiency. We offer a competitive salary package ranging from $2,200 to $3,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately process sales orders and maintain up-to-date customer records in the internal database.
- Prepare and issue professional quotations, invoices, and sales contracts to clients.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, pricing, and product information via email and phone.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions, lead statuses, and sales performance data.
- Assist sales managers in preparing weekly and monthly sales reports and presentations.
- Organize and maintain a comprehensive filing system for all sales-related documentation and agreements.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team to facilitate meeting targets and deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, A-Level, or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone etiquette.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly advantageous.
- Residing in or willing to work in the East Region of Singapore.
