Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complete sales documentation lifecycle from order to payment
- Process sales deposits and reconcile accounts receivable (AR) records
- Oversee petty cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Generate comprehensive sales reports with KPI analysis
- Coordinate with sales team to resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain organized customer data and sales transaction history
- Support month-end closing procedures with financial data
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma with 2+ years in sales administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
