Hi-Escorp is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team specializing in industrial hydraulic tools. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales professionals and ensuring smooth operations in our sales processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and documentation
- Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices with precision and timeliness
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure smooth communication with clients and partners
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and processes
- Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support to resolve issues promptly
- Schedule and coordinate occasional client visits and meetings as required
- Maintain inventory records and coordinate with logistics for product availability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
- Basic understanding of industrial products and hydraulic tools is an advantage
- Must be willing to travel occasionally for client visits within Bulacan and surrounding areas
