Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complete sales transaction lifecycle including order processing, deposit handling, and payment reconciliation
- Oversee accounts receivable (AR) activities including invoice generation, credit monitoring, and collection follow-ups
- Administer petty cash operations with strict adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to support decision-making
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all sales documentation
- Coordinate with sales team to resolve administrative issues and provide operational support
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or accounts receivable role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software
- Strong numerical aptitude with attention to detail for financial data processing
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
