As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth sales operations. You will be the backbone of our sales team, managing bike bookings, processing vehicle registrations, and coordinating with government bodies like the Land Transport Authority (LTA). Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end motorcycle bookings, sales documentation, invoicing, and order processing.
  • Coordinate LTA transactions, including vehicle registration, transfer of ownership, and COE bidding processes.
  • Provide administrative and customer service support to the sales team to facilitate seamless handovers.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, inventory records, and sales reports with high accuracy.
  • Liaise with internal departments (Finance, Logistics, and Workshop) to ensure timely delivery of motorcycles.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding delivery timelines, registration status, and administrative requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, 'A' Level, or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales administration or general office support; experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry is highly preferred.
  • Prior knowledge of LTA Link, COE bidding, and vehicle registration procedures is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive, customer-first attitude.
