- Manage client inquiries, consultations, and order processing with exceptional professionalism

- Maintain accurate client databases and sales documentation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years in sales administration or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Creative thinking ability to visualize and articulate decoration concepts
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in retail or hospitality industry preferred
