- Manage daily sales operations and administrative workflows to ensure efficiency.
- Assist in lead generation and prospecting activities to support the sales pipeline.
- Update and maintain accurate CRM databases and sales records.
- Handle client inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and speed.
- Prepare sales reports, contracts, and proposals for the sales team.
- Coordinate between the sales team and other departments to facilitate workflow.
- Organize schedules and meetings for the sales management team.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or Virtual Assistant.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in the outsourcing or BPO industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
