Tanggung Jawab
- Drive showroom sales by providing expert product knowledge and personalized vehicle recommendations.
- Proactively engage with walk-in and online leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct professional test drives and demonstrate key vehicle features to potential buyers.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial inquiry and negotiation to vehicle handover.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional follow-ups and service.
- Collaborate with the finance and operations team to ensure accurate documentation and timely delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with current automotive market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or automotive sales is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and preferably Mandarin.
- Possess a valid driving license and a clean driving record.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong hunger for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays as required by the retail industry.
