Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer service by proactively engaging with shoppers and addressing their inquiries.
  • Drive store sales by offering product expertise and promoting current seasonal collections.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and merchandised according to brand guidelines.
  • Assist with receiving, processing, and displaying new inventory arrivals.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment at all times.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
