Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by proactively engaging with shoppers and addressing their inquiries.
- Drive store sales by offering product expertise and promoting current seasonal collections.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and merchandised according to brand guidelines.
- Assist with receiving, processing, and displaying new inventory arrivals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment at all times.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Strong interest in fashion, lifestyle, or food retail sectors.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
