Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm and professional attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect Havaianas footwear and accessories that match their style and needs.
- Provide detailed product knowledge, including care instructions and the latest collection trends.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales transactions efficiently.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards to showcase products effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and promote in-store events.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK) is required.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or the fashion industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- High energy, friendly demeanor, and a passion for helping others.
- Basic computer literacy for POS operations.
