Tanggung Jawab
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, present products effectively, and close sales.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs consistently.
- Maintain impeccable product displays, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met and products are always well-stocked and visible.
- Provide expert product knowledge and demonstrate features and benefits to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and report on slow-moving or fast-moving items.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to contribute to product and sales strategy.
- Ensure the cleanliness and appealing presentation of the sales area.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, direct sales, or merchandising roles.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising techniques and store layout.
- Energetic, proactive, and positive attitude with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Basic proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and general computer applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or diplomas are a plus.
