As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of Nissan, providing an exceptional customer experience by showcasing our latest vehicle lineup, including our cutting-edge Electric Vehicles (EVs). Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively engage with showroom walk-in customers and online leads to understand their automotive needs.
- Conduct professional product presentations and test drives, focusing on the unique features of Nissan and EV models.
- Maintain deep knowledge of vehicle specifications, pricing, financing options, and promotional campaigns.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery and after-sales follow-up.
- Collaborate with the finance and administration departments to ensure smooth documentation and delivery processes.
- Participate in roadshows, events, and marketing activities to increase brand awareness in the Johor Jaya region.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (Class D).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a competitive retail environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.
