Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively engage with showroom walk-in customers and manage online inquiries.
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives, highlighting key features of Nissan combustion and EV models.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge regarding vehicle specifications, features, and financing options.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and documentation to ensure a seamless buying experience.
- Follow up with prospective leads to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
- Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events to increase brand visibility in the Labuan region.
- Ensure the showroom environment remains professional, clean, and organized at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and local dialects.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service and sales.
- Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (Class D).
- High level of motivation, target-driven mindset, and ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in automotive or retail sales is considered a strong advantage.
- Tech-savvy, with a keen interest in learning about Electric Vehicles (EV).
