- Deliver exceptional customer service through consultative selling approaches
- Promote Nissan vehicles with emphasis on EV technology and sustainability benefits
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to highlight vehicle features
- Manage sales pipeline from lead generation to transaction closure
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
- Collaborate with finance and aftersales teams to ensure seamless transactions
- Stay current with automotive industry trends and competitor offerings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent professional certification
- Proven sales experience in automotive or retail sector preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driving license (Class D) with clean record
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
