We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our client's retail team as Sales Advisor / Retail Assistant in the Central Region. The role offers a competitive basic salary of up to $4,000, complemented by generous commission, grooming allowance, AWS (13th month bonus), and variable bonuses based on performance.
As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of the brand, assisting customers in finding the perfect products, providing detailed product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless point-of-sale experience. You will work in a dynamic retail environment with a 5-day work week on rotating shifts, allowing for work-life balance while maximizing earning potential.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by employing effective selling techniques and upselling.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing according to company standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Assist in inventory management including receiving, tagging, and replenishing merchandise.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Participate in store promotions and events to drive foot traffic and sales.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent; Diploma/Degree in Retail Management or related fields is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion, electronics, or consumer goods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages like Mandarin or Malay are a plus.
- Basic numeracy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Singaporean/PR preferred but all qualified candidates are encouraged.
- Willingness to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays on a rotating 5-day schedule.
