Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in finding the right electrical appliances based on their specific needs.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain technical features in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom floor.
- Manage inventory levels and restock displays as needed.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales service requests professionally.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Prior experience in retail or sales, specifically in electrical or home appliances, is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- A proactive, energetic, and target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as per the retail roster.
- Proficient in both Malay and English (proficiency in Mandarin/Dialects is a plus).
- Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
