Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs regarding electrical appliances.
- Provide accurate product information, demonstrate features, and explain the benefits of various home appliances.
- Actively drive sales by upselling and cross-selling products to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom floor and product displays.
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints gracefully, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product trends, technologies, and promotions in the electrical appliance market.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily retail operations and inventory management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent; a Diploma in Business, Retail, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Advisor, Retail Assistant, or similar role in the consumer electronics or electrical appliance sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Basic mathematical skills and familiarity with electronic POS systems.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales and technology.
- Ability to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required in the retail industry.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in local dialects (e.g., Mandarin or Tamil) is a plus.
