Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and excellent customer service.
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice on fashion items and bags to meet customer needs.
- Assist customers with product selection, ensuring they find the perfect fit and style.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store to showcase products effectively.
- Manage stock inventory, including checking stock levels and restocking shelves as needed.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 is a plus).
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong passion for fashion, bags, and accessories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new trends.
