Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell products directly to customers during events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits
- Build rapport with customers to understand needs and provide tailored solutions
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to inform product strategies
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure promotional goals are met
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards at all customer touchpoints
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; sales certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or event marketing
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Basic computer literacy for sales reporting
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with good English comprehension
- Valid driver's license (if required for event travel)
