Tanggung Jawab
- Actively promote and sell products to customers, achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Assist in the visual merchandising and display of products to enhance the customer experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle payments.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable feedback.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma (Senior High School graduate) or equivalent; a degree in Business or Marketing is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or a customer-facing role is a plus but not required (fresh graduates are welcome!).
- Must be willing to work in Davao and be amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a positive can-do attitude.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the Philippines.
