Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and approach potential customers to promote Akulaku financial products.
- Explain product features, terms, and benefits clearly and professionally to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with all leads.
- Conduct field visits or remote outreach as required by the sales strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the system.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
- Possess a smartphone and reliable internet connection for reporting purposes.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in sales or call centers is a plus.
- Willing to be placed in the Jakarta area.
- Must be able to provide a CV, professional face photo, and KTP for verification.
