Tanggung Jawab
- Prospect and onboard new MSME clients through targeted outreach in Pare-Pare region
- Present AmarthaLink's financial products and digital solutions to potential borrowers
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments to determine loan eligibility
- Manage client relationships throughout loan lifecycle and repayment period
- Collaborate with credit team to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
- Document sales activities and client data using CRM systems
- Participate in regional sales initiatives and market analysis
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma with minimum 1 year sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in local languages
- Proficiency with mobile applications and basic digital tools
- Understanding of MSME financing landscape in South Sulawesi
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid motorcycle license and reliable transportation
- Residency in Pare-Pare or willingness to relocate
