Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell premium agricultural products to farmers and agribusiness clients in the Tarlac region
- Conduct field visits to assess crop conditions, diagnose plant issues, and provide tailored agronomic recommendations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and responsive support
- Collaborate with agronomy teams to develop localized sales strategies and product demonstrations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and farmer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Train farmers on optimal product usage, application techniques, and integrated pest management
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market analysis, and customer feedback
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in agricultural sales, technical support, or farm advisory roles
- Strong knowledge of local farming practices, crops, and soil conditions in Central Luzon
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with farmers
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel extensively across Tarlac province
- Proficiency in both English and Filipino; local dialects in Tarlac area highly valued
- Results-driven mindset with proven ability to achieve sales targets
