- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for alcohol products across Bali retail channels
- Lead, mentor, and supervise retail sales teams to achieve KPIs and sales targets
- Manage inventory control, stock rotation, and product display optimization
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key retail partners and distributors
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in alcohol/beverage sales or retail supervision
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in consumer goods sector
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing retail teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of Indonesian alcohol regulations and compliance requirements
