Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional consultations to clients, recommending suitable aesthetic and laser treatments based on individual skin needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead conversion and client retention strategies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of all service offerings, skincare products, and safety protocols to provide accurate information.
- Ensure a seamless client experience from the initial greeting to post-treatment follow-ups.
- Manage front-desk operations, including appointment scheduling, patient records, and handling payment transactions.
- Perform skin analysis and demonstrate the benefits of various non-invasive treatments.
- Participate in clinic promotions, events, and social media outreach to grow the client base.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, beauty consultancy, or the aesthetic medical industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
- Goal-driven mindset with a strong motivation to earn through commissions.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance that aligns with the aesthetic industry standards.
- Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and ideally Mandarin or Cantonese.
- Willingness to work on a retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
