Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inquiries from prospective tenants and clients with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate property viewings, open houses, and client meetings within the Makati area.
- Prepare lease agreements, documentation, and maintain accurate records in the company database.
- Assist the business development team in identifying new leads and market opportunities.
- Provide exceptional guest relations support to ensure a seamless leasing experience.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve leasing strategies and maximize property occupancy rates.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights for sales campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, leasing, or customer-facing roles is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Highly organized with an excellent eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable working with CRM software.
- A proactive "can-do" attitude with a strong drive for career advancement.
- Knowledge of the Metro Manila real estate market is a significant plus.
