First Solution Indonesia is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to drive our high-potential Intellectual Property (IP) Project. In this role, you will go far beyond traditional telemarketing or automated cold calling. We are looking for a proactive professional who excels at understanding client needs, building genuine business relationships, and systematically following up on growth opportunities.

As part of our specialized IP project team, you will act as a key liaison between our solutions and potential business clients. This role requires a strong consultative selling approach—helping clients realize the value of protecting and leveraging their intellectual assets. You will research markets, initiate high-quality outbound communication, nurture potential leads, and guide them through our partnership pipeline. Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct targeted research to identify and qualify potential leads for the Intellectual Property project.
  • Initiate high-impact outreach and consultative sales calls to prospective business clients.
  • Engage with decision-makers to analyze and deeply understand their business challenges and IP requirements.
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships through consistent, value-driven communication.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, proactively following up on warm opportunities to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, persuasive sales pitches and project proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal project and marketing teams to share market insights and optimize campaigns.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and lead status in the company CRM.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, Telemarketing, or Business Development.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a native-level command of Indonesian and professional English.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to ask the right questions to uncover client pain points.
  • Highly organized with a disciplined approach to pipeline management and sales follow-ups.
  • Resilient, highly motivated, and target-driven mindset.
  • Prior experience working with Intellectual Property, legal services, or project-based sales is a distinct advantage.
