- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new clients in landscape construction
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities in Johor's construction sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Organize and conduct site visits to assess project requirements and propose customized solutions
- Create compelling marketing materials and presentations showcasing landscape construction capabilities
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare monthly reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Construction Management
- Minimum 2 years of sales/marketing experience in construction or landscaping industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits across Johor
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools
- Certification in project management or landscape design is advantageous
