Tanggung Jawab
- Generate new business leads and establish a strong network of healthcare providers, including doctors and clinics.
- Present and demonstrate medical products to potential clients, highlighting key benefits and features.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare sales reports and update the CRM system regularly to track performance and progress.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and product launches.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and product training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in medical sales, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel within the region.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented work ethic.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
