As a key player in the agro-commodities sector, we facilitate the connection between high-quality local products and global markets.

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence, managing key client relationships, and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth. We are looking for someone who understands the nuances of the commodity market and possesses the tenacity to build long-term partnerships. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand market share in the agro-commodity sector.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with local and international buyers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, suppliers, and distributors to ensure consistent supply chains.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on commodity price trends, demand fluctuations, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present professional sales proposals, contracts, and negotiation terms for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, industry forums, and networking events.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in Sales or Marketing, specifically within the agro-commodities or export/import sector.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and the Indonesian agricultural landscape.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel frequently to meet with stakeholders and visit production sites.
  • High level of integrity, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently under pressure.
