Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the daily operations of the sales and support teams to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas requiring adjustment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to streamline workflows, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one coaching sessions with team members to foster professional development.
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and resource allocation to support sales activities.
- Prepare detailed reports for management and present findings on sales performance and operational health.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, team supervision, or a related role.
- Proven experience in leading a team, including performance management and conflict resolution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
