Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute sales strategies and tactics to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets within the Ngawi area.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to analyze local competitors and identify trends in the construction and manufacturing sectors.
  • Provide technical product demonstrations and advice to clients regarding our steel product specifications and applications.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and documentation for management review.
  • Coordinate closely with the logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Participate in local trade events and community activities to enhance brand visibility.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field, with a preference for Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the manufacturing, construction, or steel industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Valid SIM A driving license is required as frequent travel to client sites is part of the role.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Ngawi region and surrounding areas.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
