Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve market penetration targets in the assigned area
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and stakeholders
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure brand visibility and promotional effectiveness
- Implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience in retail/consumer products
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing regional teams
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and KPIs
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; regional language skills advantageous
