Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute area-specific sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive activities
- Train and mentor sales team members on product knowledge and selling techniques
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analyses for management review
- Coordinate promotional activities and in-store merchandising campaigns
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics team for optimal stock availability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or retail management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and willingness for regional travel
- Knowledge of Jawa Tengah retail market preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
