Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients in the assigned sales area.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand local competition and customer needs in the construction industry.
- Present product demonstrations and technical specifications to architects, contractors, and homeowners.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs on a regular basis.
- Coordinate closely with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction, building materials, or retail industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a field-based role.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is mandatory.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and steel products is a plus.
