Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and key decision-makers
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends
- Present product demonstrations and promotional campaigns to retail staff
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics team for optimal stock availability
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance metrics for management review
- Ensure brand compliance and visual merchandising standards at all retail points
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in retail or consumer products industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for territory coverage
- Familiarity with Banyumas market and local retail networks preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy for sales reporting and CRM systems
