Tanggung Jawab
- Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Promote products to retail outlets, supermarkets, and key accounts in the assigned territory.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising standards are met.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan local promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG sales (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
