Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to provide a high-quality shopping experience.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge to offer accurate advice and recommendations to customers.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure the store floor is clean, organized, and merchandise is attractively displayed.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock replenishment and stock takes.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints effectively.
- Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns to boost store performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and payment transactions.
- A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and improve.
- Ability to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Well-groomed appearance and a positive, team-oriented personality.
