Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store.
- Assist customers in finding products and provide detailed information about merchandise.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish shelves to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or GCE 'O' / 'A' Levels in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
