Sales Assistant (West Region | Up to $2,800 Basic + Commission & Bonus)

As a key member of the sales team, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and ensuring a seamless experience for our client's customers. Your responsibilities will span the entire sales support lifecycle. You will start by identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels, including market research and networking. From there, you will prepare and send out professional quotations and proposals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. A critical part of the role involves conducting compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the unique value of our client's offerings. Following up with prospects and maintaining strong client relationships will be essential to converting leads into loyal customers. You will also assist in processing sales orders, updating the CRM system, and providing exceptional after-sales support to resolve any issues or inquiries.

- Identify and generate new sales leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Prepare and issue accurate sales quotations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings.
- Perform diligent client follow-up to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Process sales orders and coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate data.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional after-sales support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
