As a Sales Assistant, you will act as the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through their shopping journey with professionalism and enthusiasm. You will assist with product selection, handle cash transactions accurately, and ensure our merchandise is displayed attractively. We are looking for a team player who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for shoppers. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers warmly, answering inquiries about products and services.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish shelves to ensure product availability.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized store environment at all times.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily sales targets.
- Report any damaged goods or missing stock to the store manager immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level qualification or Diploma in a related field.
- Previous experience in retail sales is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer skills for handling transactions.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
